* Pricing subject to 10% over/under final price, usually depending on changes to order, or specifications not determined yet, and or upon viewing the created or provided art.

QUOTES:

* Quotes honored for 10 business days.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

*Due to the nature of the products we offer, no cancellations are accepted, all sales are final after the deposit contract is signed by buyer, the buyer is responsible to pay the grand total sale price, the buyer authorizes SMG to charge the deposit and the remainder of the balance on the credit card supplied. 

SMG takes great measures to ensure that we will be producing exactly what you are expecting.

CREDIT CARDS:

*Your credit card information will be kept on file to make future purchases more convenient 

FEES:

* The buyer agrees to pay a $40.00 fee for any check(s) bounced or credit card issue fees in addition to any fees incurred by the seller for check or credit card issues causing SMG a financial loss or delay in payment 

ART, DESIGNS, ILLUSTRATIONS & RIGHTS TO:

*All art, designs, illustrations, files created by SMG are the sole property of SMG unless otherwise expressed in writing 

PROOFING:

*All proofs must be signed and dated as well as habving marked the appropriate proof annotation.

I.E.

_X_THE PROOF IS CORRECT. I authorize SMG to start production on my order.

___I HAVE MARKED CORRECTIONS ON THE PROOF. I do not wish to see another proof.

___I HAVE MARKED CORRECTIONS ON THE PROOF. I wish to see another proof. 

*SMG will not start production on your order until you mark “THE PROOF IS CORRECT” Any delay in signing this form will delay production and shipment of your order.
